Debbie has been volunteering and working in the charitable sector for more than 20 years. Her passion for community development, social responsibility and helping good people do great things have led her to work in one of the fastest growing national movements – community foundations. Debbie was appointed Executive Director of the White Rock South Surrey Community Foundation in 2007. Her work is based on the philosophy, “Giving doesn’t have to be big, it just has to be!”
