Joan Walker is a local business owner of The Curtain Call Drapery and Decorating Company. She has many years of community service history. Joan was a founding member of the Rotary Club of White Rock Millennium, multiple years involved with The Vintage Affair, The Festival of Trees, Semiahmoo White Rock Regatta, and many more fundraising events on the Semiahmoo Peninsula. She is a Rotary Paul Harris award recipient and long standing member of The White Rock South Surrey Chamber of Commerce.
