Our Community The White Rock South Surrey (WRSS) Community Foundation raises funds to support charitable organizations in our community. Each year the Foundation contributes about $100,000 to groups such as the Peace Arch News Christmas Fund, Semiahmoo House Society, the Semiahmoo Peninsula Marine Rescue Society and the White Rock Players Club.
